Prairie Island Unit 1 - Supplemental Document Request to Support Baseline ISI inspection procedure 71111.08. Please provide the inspector (M. Holmberg) with the following documents at the on-site inspection entrance meeting scheduled for September 14, 2009. Additionally, please provide confined space, fall protection, and FME training for (Melvin Holmberg and Atif Shaikh) on September 15, 2009 to support observation of NDE examinations.

Weld build up on Suction Bells, column pipe flanges, discharge elbow, and connector pipe.
Replaced lower column pipe.

- 2) Copy of applicable construction code and material specifications (ASTM, ASME etc) for use by inspector for duration of inspection.
- 3) Vendor fabrication drawings for affected components.
WO #100611-07, Item 1-24-059 Cooling Water (CL),
Class 3 Weld Buildup of wasted areas of shell and attachment weld areas.
