U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-1684 Rockville, Maryland To discuss license amendment request submitted on November 4,2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML083110125). which would revise emergency diesel generator test loads in technical specification surveillance requirements (SR) 3.8.1.3 and SR 3.8.1.9, and the June 26, 2009, request for additional information (ADAMS Accession No. ML091540227).
This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
