Dear Mr. Morris:
This refers to the meeting conducted at the Rock Hill City Hall Rotunda, Rock Hill, South Carolina, on May 4, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting/open house was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Catawba Nuclear Station with the public for the period of January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the NRC poster board information.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
