WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) UNIT 1 - INFORMATION REQUEST FOR UPCOMING PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION INSPECTION The purpose of this letter is to document TVAs actions in response to NRCs letter dated April 2, 2009, which requested documentation for the Problem identification and Resolution Inspection to be performed the weeks of June 8 and June 22. This information was to be provided before the inspectors pre-inspection onsite visit the week of May 4. This information has been collected and is now available. Based on communications with Mr. Daniel Merzke of NRC Region II on April 27, 2009, the requested information will be provided to him upon his arrival at WBN on May 4, 2009.
