- Bill, The NRC staff does not consider the heading change from Trip Setpoint to Allowable Value to be an administrative change as these are two different settings used for each instrument function. Therefore, in order for the NRC staff to approve this change, OPPD would need to provide revised instrument setpoint methodology and calculations. As such we plan to deny the heading change. All other changes associated with this LAR will be approved as requested.
Please provide updated Technical Specification pages for incorporation in the amendment package.
