The NRC staff has reviewed your application dated February 27, 2009, "Third Ten-Year Inservice Inspection (151) Interval, Relief Request ISI-3-29, Reactor Vessel Head Inspection."
TAC Nos: ME0768 and ME0769 The NRC staff has concluded the application provides the technical information in sufficient detail to enable the NRC staff to proceed with its technical review and make an independent assessment regarding the acceptability of the proposed relief request in terms of the regulatory requirements.
