License Amendment Request to Eliminate Work Hour Controls to Support Compliance with Revised 10 CFR 26 (MD9812 through MD9816)
The NRC staff have completed the acceptance review of the above subject LAR for Brunswick, Crystal River, Harris, and Robinson per LIC 109. The NRC staff finds the subject LAR to be acceptable for review in that the application reasonably appears to contain sufficient technical information, both in scope and depth, to complete the detailed technical review and render, in an appropriate time frame, an assessment of the proposed action with regard to applicable regulatory requirements and the protection of public health, safety, and security.
