MD8950 RAI Response - Changed Response Date from 1/26/2009 to 2/27/2009 Reference email of January 21, 2009, 1:55 PM (ML090210574, text next below):

1. In a phone conversation on January 26, 2009, between Steven Catron (DAEC) and Karl Feintuch (USNRC), we mutually agreed to modify the expected response date, in the second paragraph of the Reference RAI Letter, from January 22, 2009 to February 27, 2009. The changed schedule permits the coordination of producing the RAI Response with other near-term required assignments to be carried out by the cognizant technical personnel.

2. By email with the attached documented response, as practical, DAEC will notify Karl Feintuch that the response to the Reference RAI letter has been issued on or before February 27, 2009 by the customary means used by DAEC for documents to be docketed (deposit in US Mail or other common carrier).
