- Dan, The purpose of this e-mail is to inform you that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its acceptance review of your submittal Crystal River Unit 3 Relief Request 08-001-MX (Agencywide Document Access and Management System Accession No. ML083590224), dated 12/10/2008. The NRC staff has determined that the submittal is acceptable for detailed technical review under LIC-109.
