The referenced document provided South Carolina Electric & Gas Company's (SCE&G's) supplemental response to Generic Letter (GL) 2004-02 on February 29, 2008. In Section 3p on page 75 of the referenced document, SCE&G projected the AST licensing submittal to be made in the Fall of 2008. The initial vendor calculations supporting the AST submittal were completed prior to the Fall of 2008. Initial reviews by SCE&G identified several technical deficiencies and enhancements that needed to be addressed in the non-LOCA analyses. The required rework delayed completion of the vendor's AST submittal to SCE&G until December 2008. The revised submittal date provides additional time for reviews by the VCSNS PSRC and NSRC. The new projection for AST licensing submittal is February 18, 2009.
