- Dan, The NRC staff has performed a preliminary review of the subject amendment request and believes that there is adequate information in the submittal for detail technical review. The NRC staff does not have any immediate comments and as such, the NRC staff finds the application acceptable. There will probably be some RAIs as the NRC staff performs the detailed review.
