McGuire Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket Number 50-369 Relief Request 08-MN-002 and License Amendment Request Updating Leak-Before-Break Evaluation By letters dated September 17, September 18 and October 9, 2008, Duke submitted a license amendment request, a relief request, and a response to request for additional information, respectively, to support contingent application of a structural weld overlay to the reactor vessel hot leg nozzle-to-safe end weld(s) at McGuire Unit
- 1. The examination of these welds was successfully completed on October 12, 2008, and the welds did not require any repair. - Duke hereby withdraws the subject relief request and license amendment request.
