'WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT (WBN) UNIT 1 - UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT (UFSAR) AMENDMENT 7 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71 (e), the enclosed compact disc (CD-ROM) contains Amendment 7 of WBN's UFSAR. TVA is submitting this amendment in accordance with NRC's Electronic Information Exchange.

This update reflects changes and analyses made since the issuance of Amendment 6 on May 30, 2007. It also includes editorial corrections and changes in design pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59, Changes, Tests, and Experiments. The summaries of evaluations of these changes made under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 are being provided to NRC by separate letter.

This letter certifies that the information provided in the enclosed Amendment 7 accurately reflects information and analysis from changes made since the issuance of Amendment 6. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please call me at (423) 365-1824.
