RESULTS OF ACCEPTANCE REVIEW FOR THE RIVER BEND STATION, UNIT 3 COMBINED LICENSE APPLICATION (TAC NO. RE6803)
The Financial, Policy and Rulemaking Branch (PFPB) has completed its acceptance review of the River Bend Station, Unit 3 Combined License Application (COLA), that was submitted by Entergy Operations Inc. on behalf of itself, Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L. L. C., and Entergy Mississippi, Inc. This review covered COLA Part 1, General and Administrative Information, Revision 0, for which PFPB has primary review responsibilities. Based on this review, the staff has concluded that the application contains the basic information required by regulations and that the submitted information is sufficient for PFPB to commence the River Bend Station, Unit 3 Combined License Application review.
