Change in Regulatory Commitment (TAC No. MD7385)

In its letter dated November 19, 2007, the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) committed to the submittal of a Startup Test Report within 90 days following resumption of power operation following Refueling Outage 24 (RE-24) at Cooper Nuclear Station. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) reflected this commitment in the issuance of Amendment No. 231 (MUR Power Uprate).

By letter dated September 22, 2008, NPPD revised the commitment to submit a Startup Test Report to the NRC within 90 days following completion of the power uprate special test.

The NRC staff acknowledges the change in commitment and has no objections.
