The NRC staff has reviewed your application dated September 11, 2008, to adopt diesel generator (DG) slow start testing, and concluded the application provides sufficient technical information in sufficient detail to enable the NRC staff to proceed with its technical review and make an independent assessment regarding the acceptability of the proposed amendment in terms of the regulatory requirements, and the protection of the public health and safety and of the environment. If additional information is needed for the staff to complete its review, you will be advised by separate correspondence.
