B-100 AMENDMENT NO. 12 Effective __________, Indemnity Agreement No. B-100, between Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, Energy Carolinas, LLC, North Carolina Municipal Power Agency Number 1, North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation, Piedmont Municipal Power Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated January 3, 1984, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Delete the name Saluda River Electric Cooperative, Inc. in the Indemnity Agreement wherever it appears.
