Dear Mr. Polson:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has forwarded the enclosed ANotice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License, Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination, and Opportunity for a Hearing,@ to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
This notice relates to your application dated July 30, 2007, as supplemented by letters dated April 7 and September 8, 2008, in which you request to revise Technical Specification (TS) 3.7.3, Control Room Envelope Air Conditioning [AC] System, by adding an action statement for two inoperable control room AC subsystems. In your letter dated September 8, 2008, you provided administrative changes to your proposed TSs as well as a supplemental No Significant Hazards Consideration (NSHC) determination. Therefore, your application is being re-noticed to include the update to your NSHC determination.
