Clarification on SBO Roger I received an inquiry from the electrical branch regarding SBO recovery. Can you confirm the following statement?

"Since the applicant has included the circuit breakers in the scope of license renewal for SBO recovery, it is assumed that the control cables for these circuit breakers are also included as they are not specifically excluded. The staff contends that these control cables should be in the scope of license renewal (our position from the LR-ISG-2-2008 has changed in regards to the control circuits for these components). Please confirm whether the control circuits for the control cables are within the scope of license renewal."
