Isolation of NSWS flow to individual components does not render the NSWS inoperable.

Verify each-NSWS -manual, power operated,-and 31 days automatic valve in the flowpath-servicing safety related equipment, that is not locked, sealed, or otherwise secured in position, is in the correct position.
