Scenarios General Comments Several malfunctions resulted in no operator action although they provided TS calls for SRO and / or set up the crew for the major transient. Malfunctions were added for board operators.
Requested that post-trip component malfunctions (Le., valves or pumps failing to automatically realign) be added to ensure adequate testing of applicants. All scenarios needed significant enhancements to D-2 s for expected operator actions. More details (valves, pumps, switches, plant parameters, etc.) will be provided by the licensee. Some designated critical tasks were not critical and therefore not designated as critical tasks.
Scenario 1 Renumber events. Licensee will add a component malfunction for the ATC operator.
Scenario 2 Renumber events.
Scenario 3 Renumber events. Licensee will add two component malfunctions for the ATC operator.
Scenario 4 (Backup)
Renumber events. Licensee will add a component malfunction for the ATC operator. One critical task was not critical.
