CRYSTAL RIVER NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT NO. 3 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST PERTAINING TO MODIFYING THE IMPROVED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR REPLACEMENT STEAM GENERATORS (TAC NO. MD7996)
Dear Mr. Young:
By letter dated January 22, 2008 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML080300560), you applied for an amendment to the Crystal River Nuclear Plant, Unit No. 3, Facility Operating License No. DPR-72.
The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to steam generator tube integrity to support the installation of replacement steam generators.
Subsequently, by letter dated May 23, 2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML081540396), you withdrew the amendment request.
