This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Curt Castell and myself on March 27, 2008, concerning a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for May 7, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your H. B.
Robinson Steam Electric Plant.
