Enclosed is Permit No.4911-033-0030-V-02-2 for the construction and operation of temporary boiler package for chemical cleaning of steam generators at Vogtle Electric Generating Plant.This permit also sep,les to acknowledge that this change qualifies as a Section 502(b)(1 0)change to the Part 70 source.Please note that, except as noted in this amendment, Permit No.4911-033-0030-V-02-0 and Permit Amendment No.4911-033-0030-V-02-I is still in full effect.Please especially note that existing conditions, 3.3.2 through 3.3.4,3.4.4 and 3.4.5, and 6-2.1 through 6.2.4 as listed in the current permit and amendment apply to the temporary boiler package constructed and operated under this amendment 4911-033-0030-V-02-2.This permit is not transferable nor is it valid if the processes or equipment involved are modified or changed from the configuration permitted.

Any future construction or modification which may result in air pollution or which would affect permitted air pollution control equipment would require an additional amendment to the Permit.Appropriate application forms will be supplied upon request.The application shouldbesubmitted far enough in advance of any critical date to allow time for review, discussion, and revision of plans if necessary.

6.1 General

Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements 6.1.8 For the purpose of reporting excess emissions, exceedances or excursions in the report required in Condition 6.1.4, the following excess emissions, exceedances, and excursions shall be reported:[391-3-1-.02(6)(b)1 and 40 CFR 70.6(a)(3)(i)]

a.Excess emissions: (means for the purpose of this Condition and Condition 6.1.4, any condition that is detected by monitoring or record keeping which is specifically defined, or stated to be, excess emissions by an applicable requirement) 1.None required to be reported in accordance with Condition 6.1.4.b.Exceedances: (means for the purpose of this Condition and Condition 6.1.4, any condition that is detected by monitoring or record keeping that provides data in terms of an emission limitation or standard and that indicates that emissions (or opacity)do not meet the applicable emission limitation or standard consistent with the averaging period specified for averaging the results of the monitoring) 1.Any time during which fuel burned in the temporary boiler has a sulfur content greater than 0.5 percent, by weight.c.Excursions: (means for the purpose of this Condition and Condition 6.1.4, any departure from an indicator range or value established for monitoring consistent with any averaging period specified for averaging the results of the monitoring) 1.None required to be reported in accordance with Condition 6.1.4.d.If a temporary boiler installed at the facility that must meet the requirements of Condition NO.5 3.3.2 and 3.3.4, the Pennittee shall submit reports to the Division according to the schedule in Condition 6.1.4.The reports shall contain the following infonnation:
