LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Region II Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center Room 24T20 61 Forsyth Street, SW Atlanta, GA 30303-3415 PURPOSE: To discuss the topics associated with Duke Energys and Progress Energys Pilot Programs to transition Oconee Nuclear Power Station and Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant to the risk-informed, performance-based fire protection regulation in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50.48(c), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 805 Rule.
