Oyster Creek NGS Docket No. 50-219 Mr. Wrona and Dr. Masnik:
I received your letter of July 12, 2007 to the New Jersey Field Office (NJFO), signed by Mr. Pao-Tsin Kuo, requesting any U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, NJFO documents for the consolidated record regarding federal consistency review for license renewal of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station in Forked River, Ocean County, NJ.
I've searched through our project files. We wrote two letters on the project: (1) a January 25, 2005 letter to Mr. Michael Gallagher (AmerGen Energy Company) in response to a request for information on federally listed threatened or endangered species and (2) a November 23, 2005 letter to Mr. Michael T. Lesar (Rules and Regulations Branch, NRC) in response to a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS. You most likely have both letters in your files; however, I've attached pdf versions for your convenience.

Your July 12 letter was addressed to Mr. Eric Davis, Acting Administrator, NJFO. For your information and for future correspondence, Mr. Davis was recently selected as NJFO Administrator and is in the process of moving to New Jersey. He will begin officially on September 17.
