Withdrawal of PR-03 (TAC MD2478)
- Jim, Due to unforeseen circumstances that caused the Licensing Manager to be out of the office in early July, the July 12, 2007 letter that provided RAI responses for TAC MD2478 was not amended prior to submittal to also state that Entergy-Pilgrim relief request was being withdrawn. The Licensing Manager had intended to revise the letter to indicate that Entergy was also withdrawing relief request PR-03 as discussed during the June 28 phone call between Entergy and the NRC. Entergy-Pilgrim plans to resubmit relief request PR-03 after we receive the results of the consultant's evaluation.
