PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 228 - SINGLE CONTROL ROD WITHDRAWAL ALLOWANCES (TAC NO. MC9018)
Dear Mr. Kansler:
By letter dated April 25, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued License Amendment No. 228 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, which approved allowances for single control rod withdrawal during Hot Shutdown and Cold Shutdown conditions consistent with the Standard Technical Specifications for Boiling Water Reactors (NUREG-1433, Revision 3). However, there was an administrative error on Page ii of the Technical Specifications. Enclosed is the corrected Page ii.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the administrative error.
