Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3) regarding onsite property damage insurance, Carolina Power
& Light Company (CP&L), now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., (PEC),
and Florida Power Corporation (FPC), now doing business as Progress Energy Florida, Inc.,
(PEF), hereby submit information regarding the present level and source of onsite property damage insurance for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1; the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2; and the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. This information is required to be submitted to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission by April 1 of each year.
