Primary Containment Isolation Valve (PCIV) "262-FO13A' experienced increased, but, acceptable Local Leak Rate Test (LLRT) results. Valve was tested per PNPS 8.7.1.5, on 4/21/03, with measured leakage equal to 4.05 slm. Acceptable leakage is equal to 7.89 slm or less.

Immediate Action

Description:

Documented test results per PNPS 8.7.1.5. Initiated this CR for tracking.

Suggested Action

Description:

Perform evaluation to determine if increased test frequency is required. Trend test results.
