Description:

Large leak reported in the vicinity of AOG building. Fire system has broken pipe between 12-D-8 and 12-D-9.

2. ODirect Cause: Minor fabrication anomalies .Possibly compounded by improper pipe bedding material and placement. See SUDDSRF# 01-64.
