WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST FOR RELIEF ISPT-01 (TAC NO. MD2459)
Dear Mr. Singer:
By letter dated June 29, 2007, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted Request for Relief ISPT-01 for Watts Bar, Unit 1. ISPT-01 proposed alternative requirements for bolted connections that have identified leakage. Subsequently, by letter dated February 23, 2007, TVA withdrew the request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited request is being treated as withdrawn and no further action will be taken on TAC No. MD2459.
