This letter supplements the reference letters and is in response to our phone conversations with NRC staff on February 21 and February 22, 2007.
McGuire commits to completing the mitigation of Alloy 600/82/182 Pressurizer Butt Welds for McGuire Unit 1 during the refueling outage in March of 2007 as previously stated in Reference Letter
- 1. McGuire also confirms the commitments stated in Reference Letter 2 regarding submitting mitigation information to the NRC following the McGuire Unit 1 restart.
The NRC will be informed if McGuire revises any of these commitments.
