Dear Mr. Monetta:
We have received your application for approval to transfer licenses' numbered DPR-1, DR-10, TR-1, SNM-960, SNM-1270, and SNM-2500 and Certificates of Compliance, numbered 71-5926, 71-5939, and 71-9228 and make conforming amendments to the licenses and certificates transmitted by letters dated January 19, 2007, and January 25, 2007. Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32605. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.
We have completed our acceptance review of your application and have identified some areas requiring additional information or clarification. Based on teleconferences of February 14 and 20, 2007, during which you agreed to supplement your application, we have accepted your application for formal review. Please note that our technical review cannot continue until we receive your supplement. Our review may identify other issues that require additional information.
Based on our acceptance review and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review by the end of July 2007, provided we receive your supplemental information by March 22, 2007. Our review completion date could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
Because your application includes licenses issued by several NRC Offices and the licensing actions are separate, our staff assignments and contacts for these actions are based on a specific type of license.
