SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 2 INSERVICE INSPECTION OWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORT As allowed by ASME Code Case N-532-1, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission as Required by IWA-4000 and IWA-6000,Section XI, Division 1," the Form OAR-1 for Surry Unit 2 refueling outage S2R20 is enclosed. This document contains reporting requirements for the first period of the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 2 from May 24, 2005 through the duration of the S2R20 refueling outage that was completed on November 20, 2006. The first period ends on May 9,2007.

Note 1 The Class 1 leakage test is performed every refueling outage and was completed on 11/19/06.

Note 2 The numbers represent total number of periods over the inspection interval. The 1st Period ends May 9, 2007 at which time all System Pressure Tests should be completed for the period.

Note 3 Deferral is permissible by the Code and Code Case N-623.

Note 4 Relief Request CMP-007 was approved for certain welds that will now be covered by VT-2 exams in conjunction with the period System Pressure Test. Total required changed.

Note 5 Total examinations required will change based on when a pump or valve is disassembled for maintenance, repair or examination.

Note 6 Deferral is permissible per the Code.

Note 7 The extent and frequency of Steam Generator eddy current testing is governed by Surry Technical Specifications.
