Dear Mr. Grissette:
On December 12, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos.
147 and 127 to Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC), to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-68 and NPF-81 for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2, respectively. However, it was subsequently discovered that the pagination of the text and the page numbers for two of the Technical Specification (TS) pages were incorrect. This was an administrative error in formatting the text on the pages that does not affect the NRC staffs conclusions associated with Amendment Nos. 147 and 127.
Please replace TS pages 5.5-20 and 5.6-6 that were issued with Amendment Nos. 147 and 127 with the enclosed corrected pages 5.5-16 and 5.6-6 and delete page 5.5-18.
