In Reference 1, the NRC describes the importance of providing advance notice of the intent to pursue license renewal. In Reference 2, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) informed the NRC of its planned dates for submittal of license renewal applications to the NRC. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC of changes to the previously provided schedule for submittal of license renewal applications.

As previously announced, EGC has decided to prepare a license renewal application for the Three Mile Island Unit 1 plant and plans to submit that application in the first quarter of 2008.EGC plans to submit additional license renewal applications as follows: One application in September 2011 One application in September 2012 Two applications in July 2013 These dates supersede the schedule information provided in Reference

2. EGC is not prepared at this time to announce the specific plants for these license renewal applications, and therefore requests that the NRC identify each of these plants as an "Unnamed Exelon Plant." If you have any questions regarding this information, please contact me at 610-765-5958.
