Dear Sir/Madam:

In Reference 2, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) informed the NRC of its planned dates for submittal of license renewal applications to the NRC. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC of changes to the schedule for submittal of license renewal applications.

EGC also wishes to inform the NRC that EGC no longer considers this information proprietary.

EGC has decided to prepare a license renewal application for the Three Mile Island Unit 1 plant and plans to submit that application in the first quarter 2008.In addition to Three Mile Island Unit 1, EGC plans to submit additional license renewal applications in the first quarter 2009, third quarter 2011, third quarter 2012, and first quarter 2015. These dates supersede the schedule information provided in Reference

2.
