Request for Extension 60 days to Respond to the RAI Mr. Hughes: The RAI letter dated October 3, 2006, requested a response within 30 days from the date of the letter. We would like to request an additional 60 days for a response to the RAI. Due to travel away from work for several of our key staff members, including myself, we have not had the opportunity to thoroughly research and assemble our response.

The additional 60 days should be more than adequate and greatly appreciated.
