In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e), Southern California Edison (SCE) hereby submits the amended Defueled Safety Analysis Report (DSAR) for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit I (SONGS 1). In accordance with Appendix A, "Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the Commission," to RIN3150-AH33, "Electronic Maintenance and Submission of Information," SCE is providing this amendment on the enclosed CD-ROM.

The entire submittal is publicly available, containing no proprietary, personal or safeguards information. The enclosed CD-ROM contains the files listed in the Enclosure.
