response to your recent verbal request for the termination dates, if any, related to the power purchase contract assumptions in the pro forma attachments to Constellation's indirect license transfer request, dated January 23, 2006.
The termination dates, if specified, are as follows:
" Calvert Cliffs, Units 1 & 2: indefinite period, by means of a contract (since October 31, 2002) with Constellation Power Source, Inc. That contract does not have a termination date, but does have stated termination conditions if the parties so desire.
" Nine Mile Point, Unit 1: August 22, 2009, and merchant sales thereafter.
Nine Mile Point, Unit 2: November 30, 2011, and merchant sales thereafter.
R.E. Ginna: July 1, 2014, and merchant sales thereafter.
