- Crystal River performance was within the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs Action Matrix for the first two quarters but transitioned to the Regulatory Response column in the third quarter.
- All Unit 3 inspection findings were classified as very low safety significance (Green) except for one white inspection finding in the Mitigating System Cornerstone (Fire Protection) originating in the third quarter.
- All performance indicators were Green
