- All Unit 3 inspection findings were classified as very low safety significance (Green) except for one white inspection finding in the Mitigating System Cornerstone (Fire Protection) originating in the third quarter.
- All performance indicators were Green

- Unprotected Post-Fire Safe Shutdown Cables and Related Unfeasible Local Manual Operator Action
