MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-369, 50-370, 72-38

Dear Mr. Peterson:

This letter confirms the conversation between Ms. Kay Crane, of your staff, and Mr. Joseph Brady, of this office, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for April 25, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your McGuire Nuclear Station. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
