CORRECTION LETTER FOR RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-47 FOR OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 2
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
By letter dated October 29, 2004, to Mr. Henry B. Barron, the NRC revised License Condition (L.C.) 3.E, Physical Protection, in Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-47 for Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit 2. L.C. 3.E was revised to reflect changes to the physical security plan required by Commission Order EA-03-086 regarding a revised design-basis threat. When the license page that contained the revised L.C. 3.E was issued, a typographical error was made in L.C. 4, page 8. October 2, 2033, was printed in L.C. 4 as the expiration date of the renewed license; it should have been October 6, 2033. The correct page 8 containing the expiration date of October 6, 2033, is enclosed.
