Steam Generator Tube Integrity Assessment Report for the 2004 refueling outage.

PNP Technical Specification 5.6.8.b requires that this report be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission within 12 months following the completion of the inservice inspection. The inservice inspection was completed on October 9, 2004.

Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

1.0 PURPOSE 1.1 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS It is the intent of this Steam Generator Tube Surveillance Report to provide all the information required to meet the reporting requirements of Palisades Technical Specification 5.6.8b. The specific information is identified below:

  • Number (as a percentage) and extent of tubes inspected is located in Table 1.
  • Identification of tubes plugged is located in Table 2.
  • Location and percent wall-thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection is located in Attachment 1 for Steam Generator E-50A Indications and Attachment 2 for Steam Generator E-50B Indications.

Steam generator support structure nomenclature can be found in Table 3.

Acronyms and three letter NDE codes be found in Table 4.
