Dear Mr. Pearce:
On February 10, 2005, you submitted the subject report following the BVPS-1 16th refueling outage, in accordance with Article IWA-6230 of Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has completed its review of your submittal and did not identify any items that warranted follow-up review. This completes our action under TAC No. MC6263.
