KEWAUNEE POWER STATION INSERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAM FOR FOURTH INSPECTION INTERVAL RELIEF REQUEST WITHDRAWAL By letter dated December 16, 2003, (ML033580734 and ML035580735) the Kewaunee Power Station's Inservice Inspection Program for the fourth inspection interval was submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. In that letter, 13 relief requests were included for the fourth interval. The purpose of this letter is to withdraw one of the relief request, relief request RR-1-6.
The relief requests described in the December 16th letter were labeled RR-1 -1 through RR-1-10, RR-2-1, RR-G-1, and RR-G-2. Attachment 1 lists these relief requests and their status. As shown in Attachment 1, RR-1-6 and RR-G-1 are the relief requests still under NRC review.
Based on discussions with the NRC staff, Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. has determined that RR-1-6 is not needed at this time and hereby withdraws this relief request.
