VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 RE: ISSUANCE OF CORRECTED PAGE FOR AMENDMENT NOS. 137 AND 116 (TAC NOS.
Dear Mr. Grissette:
On June 24, 2005, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued Amendment Nos. 137 and 116 to Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) to Facility Operating Licenses Nos. NPF-68 and NPF-81 for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP), Units 1 and 2. However, upon SNCs review of the amendments it was discovered that Technical Specification (TS) page 3.4.12-2 does not reflect a change that was recently authorized by the NRC staff as part of Amendment Nos. 136 and 115 to the VEGP TSs, issued on March 28, 2005.
Enclosed is corrected page 3.4.12-2 for Amendment Nos. 137 and 116, which does not alter the NRC staffs conclusions. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
