Dear Mr. OConnor:
By letter dated October 29, 2004, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to the Fermi 2 Facility Operating License NPF-43, to incorporate the reference to the recently-revised physical security plan, training and qualification plan, and safeguards contingency plan. The license page and the safety evaluation provided in the October 29, 2004, letter contained errors. On January 25, 2005, a corrected page 8 to Facility Operating License NPF-43 and corrected pages 2, 4, and 5 of the SE were issued.
Subsequently, it was identified that these corrected pages contained errors.
Therefore, the NRC is issuing a corrected page 8 to Facility Operating License NPF-43 and corrected pages 2, 4, and 5 of the SE.
