NRC, "Supplemental Information in Support of Application for Order and Conforming License Amendment to Transfer License" In the above referenced application, Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. ("Dominion Energy Kewaunee") and Nuclear Management Company, LLC ("NMC"), with NMC acting on behalf of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation ("WPSC") and Wisconsin Power and Light Company ("WPL"), applied for NRC's consent and a conforming license amendment to transfer the facility operating license for the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant ("Kewaunee") to Dominion Energy Kewaunee.
The NRC approved the license transfer in a letter dated June 10, 2004. In the license transfer application referenced above, it stated that "If Dominion Energy Kewaunee determines that any other senior management changes will be made contemporaneously with the transfer, it will ensure that any new manager meets all existing qualification requirements and will inform the NRC and provide the NRC with a r6sume of any such new manager prior to the license transfer." Pursuant to this statement, this letter is to inform you of a change

NRC-05-052 Docket No. DPR-305 Page 2 in management of the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant. Changes in the officers of Dominion Energy Kewaunee are also discussed below.
Site Vice President - Kewaunee Mr. Thomas Coutu, the Site Vice President of Kewaunee listed in Exhibit G of the referenced license transfer application, has left his position at Kewaunee to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Michael Gaffney will serve in the position of Site Vice President - Kewaunee for Dominion Energy Kewaunee at the time of license transfer.
Mr. Gaffney's r6sume and a revised Exhibit G reflecting the change in the Site Vice President position are provided in the attachment.
Dominion Energv Kewaunee Officer Chanaes Certain company officer changes occurred within Dominion Resources, Inc., effective April 1, 2005, that resulted in changes to the officers of Dominion Energy Kewaunee.
Consequently, Section Ill.D.2, Directors and Officers, of the Kewaunee license transfer application requires revision to reflect these changes.
The specific changes are provided as follows:
